Matt Detmar is an experienced executive with a proven track record of driving rapid growth in cyclical industries. As the CEO of Detmar Logistics, he successfully led the company to become a prominent player in the frac sand logistics and transportation industry. During his tenure, Matt played a pivotal role in transforming the company from 3 trucks in 2018 into a logistics powerhouse, comprising comprehensive brokerage services and a dedicated division of over 185 company trucks. Under his leadership, Detmar Logistics has become a market leader in sustainable logistics, developing one of the most recognized low-emissions CNG truck fleets in the country by utilizing local Permian Basin gas and vertically integrating fueling infrastructure. Matt’s strategic vision and deep industry expertise continue to propel the company forward as a leading differentiated provider in frac sand last-mile logistics.
Matt is also a shareholder/partner in Las Palapas Franchise Partnership and holds a BBA from McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.

Mr. Combs is a driven energy executive with a proven track record of success as part of multiple energy industry start-up and growth phase companies during his career which began in 2000. Mr. Combs brings a wealth of operational, engineering, business development, and executive experience with small cap, and up to large publicly held organizations. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in ushering in 100% natural gas burning fracturing equipment and on-site power generation (reciprocating engines, aeroderivative turbines, commercial/industrial, public utility / microgrid) into the US shale market.
Mr. Combs’s background includes roles with Schlumberger, Evolution Well Services, Praetorian co-founder, VoltaGrid co-founder, NexTier and now as a co-founder of ElectriGen. He has coordinated several private placement and public equity capital raises with focus on startup scaling. Prior to beginning his career in the energy sector, Mr. Combs served in the United States Marine Corps and majored in Petroleum Engineering at Texas Tech University.
