CEO and Co-Founder 

 Matt Detmar is an experienced executive with a proven track record of driving rapid growth in cyclical industries. As the CEO of Detmar Logistics, he successfully led the company to become a prominent player in the frac sand logistics and transportation industry. During his tenure, Matt played a pivotal role in transforming the company from 3 trucks in 2018 into a logistics powerhouse, comprising comprehensive brokerage services and a dedicated division of over 185 company trucks. Under his leadership, Detmar Logistics has become a market leader in sustainable logistics, developing one of the most recognized low-emissions CNG truck fleets in the country by utilizing local Permian Basin gas and vertically integrating fueling infrastructure. Matt’s strategic vision and deep industry expertise continue to propel the company forward as a leading differentiated provider in frac sand last-mile logistics.  ​

Matt is also a shareholder/partner in Las Palapas Franchise Partnership and holds a BBA from McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.​

 COO and Co-Founder 

Chris Combs is President, Co-founder, and a member of the Board of Directors of ElectriGen, a leading provider of behind-the-meter power infrastructure for AI, hyperscale data centers, and other mission-critical facilities. A seasoned energy sector executive, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, engineer, entrepreneur, Chris brings more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and leading innovative energy and technology businesses.

Throughout his career, Chris has been at the forefront of transforming how power is generated and delivered. He has helped pioneer the adoption of 100% natural gas-fueled fracturing technologies, including direct-drive and electric solutions, while also leading the deployment of reciprocating engine power plants, aeroderivative turbines, utility-scale microgrids, and distributed energy systems. Today, his work is focused on accelerating reliable, scalable power solutions for AI infrastructure, data centers, and industrial customers facing unprecedented electricity demand.

Prior to co-founding ElectriGen, Chris held leadership positions with VoltaGrid as a co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, Evolution Well Services, NexTier, and Praetorian. He has also played a significant role in multiple private and public capital raises, helping build and finance high-growth infrastructure and technology companies.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University after serving in the United States Marine Corps. He is recognized for his expertise in strategic leadership, engineering, operations, corporate development, and capital formation, and is a frequent speaker on the intersection of energy infrastructure, AI-driven power demand, and the future of distributed generation.

CFO

Reta C. Davis is an accomplished financial executive leader known for consistently driving strategic growth, optimizing capital structures, maximizing profitability, debt and equity raises, capital restructuring, M&A, and leading complex financial operations. 

Her vast experience spans across the energy sector from start-ups, private equity, small cap to large cap, public and privately held organizations that include DuPont, Credit Agricole, Key Energy, Nabors Industries, Evolution, Dynamis, and Accelerated Mobile Power (AMP) thus positioning her as a pivotal force in guiding companies through periods of transformation and growth. Reta holds a BBA from Texas A&M, majoring in Finance, and is a CPA.

Vice President, Engineering and Natural Gas Operations

Prior to ElectriGen, TJ gained over 25 years of progressive experience in the energy industry. He held roles of increasing responsibility at organizations such as Certarus, Quicksilver Resources, and Enerplus Corporation. Throughout his career, TJ has demonstrated expertise in managing teams and developing innovative engineering design solutions. This includes the design, construction, and commissioning of mobile gas processing equipment and compressed natural gas facilities across the United States and Canada.

TJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta. He was part of the founding team of VoltaGrid, where he served as Director of Natural Gas Processing and Facilities.

Vice President, Power Operations

Mr. Mizeski, prior to joining ElectriGen, devoted more than twenty-five years in the technology segment of energy markets, specifically leading operations, management, and building teams across multiple private and publicly traded companies such as BJ Services, Evolution Well Services, Praetorian Energy Solutions, and VoltaGrid.  

Chris brings a wealth of experience to the ElectriGen team in operations, natural gas fueled equipment, gas turbines, and reciprocating engines, as well as balance of load, and microgrids.

 Director, Business Development-Data Centers 

Mr. Wooldridge, prior to joining ElectriGen, devoted more than twenty-six years in the power generation sector across all markets including stationary standby, oilfield, demand response, CHP, microgrid solutions and utility interconnect. Leading growth through engineering solutions, sustainability initiatives, root cause failure analysis, territory development initiatives, team and project management, and team build out across multiple private and publicly traded companies such as Stewart & Stevenson, Kirby Corporation, W.W. Williams, and Innio. 

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Louisiana State University. Justin brings a wealth of experience to the ElectriGen team in market strategy, operations, data center build outs, diesel/natural gas/field gas fueled equipment, gas turbines, reciprocating engines, rotating equipment as well as balance of load, and microgrids.
